These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iptvusgo.com and the IPTV subscription service operated by IPTV Subscription ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to purchase a subscription. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

2. The Service

We provide access to a curated catalog of IPTV channels, on-demand movies, and TV series via M3U URLs and Xtream Codes credentials, delivered for personal, non-commercial household use only. The catalog, channel list, and quality settings may change without notice as content providers update availability.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans are one-time payments for fixed durations (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) unless you specifically request auto-renewal.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes.
  • Payment is due at the time of order. Service activates within 5 minutes of confirmed payment.
  • If your payment method is declined or charged back, we may suspend the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute your credentials. One subscription = one household.
  • Exceed your plan's simultaneous-stream limit (1 for Starter/Quarter, 2 for Half-Year/Annual).
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose (bars, hotels, retail venues) without a separate commercial license.
  • Circumvent geographic, anti-piracy, or DRM controls.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the catalog or our infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, site copy, design system, and software belong to IPTV Subscription or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any of it without written permission. Content streamed through the service belongs to its respective rights holders.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific channel will remain available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPTV Subscription, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; sections 5-13 survive.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law in your state of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or WhatsApp.
